We have Lived here for 16 years and the Parking has always been open space ; First come first serve basis. We even had parking for our guest and there was NEVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH PARKING . So why change something that was never a problem for the residents. Today (June 6th) the new policy was enforced and their IS SO MANY EMPTY SPACES THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. This management Company has inconvenienced all the residents that reside in the Bonita Hills Apartments. All the residents have to park there cars on a narrow busy street that’s next to and in front of a school (bonita middle) . Now we have to worry about our cars getting vandalized or broken into or even towed by the city. Al Assad is one of the owners of these properties and has the power to change this regulation. Sign this petition if you are also concerned about the new regulations regarding the parking situation.  You can also email the owner if you are extremely inconvenienced by this new PARKING regulation .
