It has been proved that all LTNs have done is increase congestion everywhere else and pollution has more than doubled as a consequence. It has pushed up response times with our emergency services, as well as when an incident does happen on the main arteries, you need to drive miles to get round it, costing more in fuel. Please let’s open our roads up and breathe properly again.
