Radiance has been needing a gaming pc. He has been gaming on a laptop for 4 years and needed a change since. An opportunity had arisen in February to get him one however he missed his shot due to quite unknown reasons (personal stuff). If he presents this with enough people to back him up, it might make a change in his life. Using a 2 year old slow HP laptop for games and software development isn't easy my friends.
