is a rapist and has sexually assaulted multiple people at High and possibly other schools. is being protected by the administration and they have done nothing to prevent or stop this. Mr. Neuberger stated does "not tolerate sexual assault", yet continues to have a repeat offender on campus. This is not safe for victims, and for other people. victims just want to go to school safely and in peace and not have to worry about seeing someone that sexually violated them on campus almost daily. For the safety of all students at High, please get off campus.
