Nori Blacketer, a student at Innovations High School has been harassing and bullying scholars since last year. Scholars are done with this behavior not being taken care of. The school would be safer if Nori wasn’t in it. With stalking and harassment as well as bringing drugs and weapons to school, scholars feel unsafe with them still in attendance there.
