Mr Dovas joined Centereach high school as a sub in the Fall of 2021. Outside of his outstanding teaching abilities, Mr Dovas finds a way to connect with his students and inspire them to learn. Not only was Mr Dovas a substitute teacher at Centereach this past year, but he was the assistant baseball coach. Coach Dovas led the varsity baseball team to their first playoff appearance in over 11 years with his baseball knowledge and coaching abilities. That being said, Mr Dovas has already left a huge mark on the students careers at Centereach High school athletically and academically. Anyone of his students/players will tell you he deserves a full time job.  Sign this petition in support of Mr Dovas.
