BIO14 Professor Jennifer Carr has been an awful lecturer. She reads through her 70+ slide lectures, without offering anymore insight on the material. Her exams cover topics, which are covered for no more than 5 minutes in lecture, or are not even mentioned directly. She is rude to students when they ask for support or flexibility, offering a zero make up policy on exams, even if they are in the mods. If you bring up a disagreement in test material (which happens all too often) she takes off additional points. This is her first semester teaching BIO14 and has a 1.7/5 on RateMyProf at Tufts and 2.1/5 at Harvard. With so much inadequacy, students shouldn't have to take the exam on Thursday.
