The girls' athletics/PE locker room in Henry Middle School is always stiflingly hot, especially after a workout. Whether it's cold or warm outside, it is the same, humid, hot temperature in the locker room. Since it's so crowded, there's basically no room for air to circulate. No one wants to wear sweaters or sweatpants, jeans or long sleeve shirts because it is WAY too hot. So, even if it is 50 degrees outside, or 100, everyone wears shorts and a t-shirt ( a decision they might regret later in the day if they get too cold or hot!). In the locker room, there is almost no air conditioning and only one small box fan that everyone crowds around. To help girls in athletics and PE have a better middle school experience, we need fans!
