As you all know.  Dan wrote a horrific story in the British paper The Sun stating Johnny Depp was a “Wife beater” we all the know the UK trial was extremely unfair and lacked a lot of evidence and substance.  

This year Johnny successfully sued Amber for libel and won on all three counts.  The case was six weeks in court and very detailed.  He won fair and square and has proven he was the victim.

What Dan did was destructive and cruel.  He wrote of someone he does not know and sided with Amber.  

Dan owes Depp and all of us a public apology. 
as a  New Zealander I am very ashamed of what he did.
