Castle Park View residents have not received any quotes or billing for our energy usage since we have moved in, with some of us moving out soon. Community utilities has not responded to most of our emails and we have now found out we are not protected by the price cap so we are demanding that we are billed fairly, quickly and are compensated for the time we have spent stressing about this situation and without bills to pay. We would also like them to treat us with compassion and use the price cap even though they don’t have to and compensate us through possible bill reductions or we won’t be paying.
