Hi so most of you will now little Thomas and his family. I'm starting this petition to try and get a wheelchair swing put into one of our local parks for Thomas to b able to enjoy with his family,as it has been refused so far so hopefully we can get enough signatures to get a swing put in so he can be included and for anyone else who may not be able to use a normal swing. I have spoken to Thomas's mum and asked if it was ok to give it a try as it's such a shame that there isn't one already.
