Cypress Apartments have been having constant month to month hot water issues and we as residents want a partial refund to cover the time without these basic amenities! We are paying $8,900 for only 8 1/2 months to not have hot water at least once a month for up to a week at a time. Please sign this petition to show USF we want this issue rectified.
