since 8th grades have been in west, west hasn't been a high school. because of 8th graders behavior they treat the rest of the grades like children. it's obvious 8th grade is not mature enough to be in a high school. and it's even proven that for development reasons it's not good for them. they need a middle school structure. kenton get it together and think more logically abt what you do.
