Allow State school pupils to have the same amount of holiday of independent’s school students.

State Schools in England  have around 13 weeks of holiday each year, contrary Independent Schools enjoy an average of 16 weeks or more.

This means that in England pupils and stuff of the independent sector  can enjoy 3 extra weeks of free time vs the state school pupils and employers which are not allowed to take any extra day.

The Government should step in and stop this inequality. All English schools should have the same number of  holidays, all English students the same right and possibilities.

This holiday inequality only shows  unfairness making the gap between private and public students even bigger. A  fair holidays plan needs to be approved , all students should have the same holiday allowance, the same right to rest, it  should be the same across children and young adults of any social background.
