The Georgia Department of Labor has not done an adequate job in processing claims, extensions or appeals for Georgia Residents. 
The local offices have been closed for over a year and the delay of service is ineffective inefficient and needs to be addressed. 
The people are requesting the offices open to help those with immediate needs, get the assistance they qualify for. There are numerous complaints on how Mark Butler has handled the delay and yet he is still receiving pay as well as the employees who have also failed Georgia’s unemployed.
