I want to build sidewalks going down Granade Road from Heritage High School to the nearby neighborhoods such as Courtney Lake, Cherry Hill, Heritage Way, and more. This would create a much safer environment for students (mostly 9th and 10th graders) who have to walk back and forth to school everyday instead of walking in the street. This would make it not only safer for any pedestrians, but also cars that have to go around in a "No-Pass" lane due to a nearby hill in which other drivers can not see past and can potentially hit another vehicle or pedestrian as they are trying to cross the street to get to Courtney Lake.

With an addition to a sidewalk, I believe this would promote a much safer environment for students as well as promoting a healthier community as more people could walk/bike along the sidewalk.
