Fight for Elementary Children Against Bullying

In Senate Bill 250 it states that children sixth-twelfth graders are protected in the school systems from bullies. But what about the younger children? Must they fight for themselves while older children have the help of school officials and grown-ups? It is not fair for a portion of the Georgia citizens to be unequal to others. Help protect the future generation of America. It is our nation's duty to help one another.
