I would like to make a motion at the City Council meeting that Trick or Treat be held on Saturday October 30th, 2021 instead of the 31st. October 31st is a Sunday which for many is church/family/youth group day. Sunday night is also a school night as the kids will be in school Monday as usual. Saturday Trick or Treat would allow far more kids to participate.
