Invest in flexible childcare, so working parents can use the new 30 hours childcare offer
The Family and Childcare Trust is campaigning to make sure you can access your free childcare entitlements at the times of day that suit you and your work life. Can you help us?
The Government has made savings of £535 million due to a delay in the introduction of tax free childcare, the scheme that will top up 20% of your childcare costs, up to £2,000 a year per child.
From 2017, all three and four year olds will be entitled to 30 hours of free childcare. But we are concerned that working parents like you will have problems finding childcare at the times you need it.
We want the money saved to be invested in flexible childcare, to make sure you can fully access free childcare at the times that work for you and your family.
Please sign our petition to the Government so we can make sure the childcare system meets your family's needs, and you can take full advantage of the free childcare on offer.
