We the undersigned believe that racism and other discriminatory language should play no part in our election. Any form of scapegoating is not acceptable, and all communities should be treated with dignity and respect.

Whether you voted leave or remain we all need to unite to oppose racism. We all want to live in an inclusive and multicultural society. I support the following demands:

• Repeal of all legislation which has led to the hostile environment.
• Full compensation to all victims of the Windrush generation scandal.
• Ensure safe passage and treat migrants and refugees seeking to enter Britain in a fair and humane manner.
• Oppose all racist, Islamophobic and Antisemitic language, it can lead to hurtful and violent behaviour.
• Legislation should be passed to guarantee the legal status of all EU migrants who live here.
• To acknowledge and recognise the fantastic contribution of all communities to a vibrant, diverse and multicultural society, both culturally and economically.
