Massimo Ansolone started this petition to General public and

Accessibility to affordable healthcare should be a right that every person should be entitled to, regardless of socioeconomic status. There have been strides in recent years that have made the situation better for many Americans, but it is still not near the level that it should be. Many countries such as France, Germany, and Finland have implemented a Universal Health Care system, that has allowed accessibilty to health care for the entire population. Nobody lives in fear, wondering if they will be able to cover the cost of their hospital bills or if they have the means to get the medical attention that they need.

The United States introduced the Affordable Health Care Act in 2010, better known as Obamacare.

"The act aimed to provide affordable health insurance coverage for all Americans. The ACA was also designed to protect consumers from insurance company tactics that might drive up patient costs or restrict care. Conservatives objected to the tax increases and higher insurance premiums needed to pay for Obamacare. Some people in the healthcare industry are critical of the additional workload and costs placed on medical providers. They also think it may have negative effects on the quality of care. As a result, there are frequent calls for the ACA to be repealed or overhauled" (Healthline).

By signing this petition, you put your name down to show your support for the need of a better health care system in the United States of America. There needs to be a more affordable system of healthcare, similiar to the Universal Health Care system present in many european countries. Nobody should have to be worry about whether or not they can pay their medical bills and obtain the proper medical attention.
