With the relaxation of COVID 19 restrictions, why is it virtually impossible to gain access to your GP?  
The appointment system is not effective for everyone.  With appointments only being released at 8am each day and put into a queuing system where by the time you do get through all appointments are taken.  If you do manage to get an appointment, it’s a telephone consultation.

It is concerning that you have to give detailed, private information to non medical people in the form of a receptionist who seems to have the power to determine if you will be offered an appointment.

The practice has been merged into a facility that does not work effectively for the town’s population.  Changes are needed for the sake of the general public and the practice staff themselves. 

Daily we read complaints from our towns folk via social media.  People with serious medical conditions having their annual check up by telephone. No blood tests for the diabetics, cholesterol checks, weight, medicine check and many more.  Change needs to be made and the public consulted in order for this to benefit everyone.  Please show your support for your towns medical practice.
