This ad implies that if you work hard you will get rich and that the rich deserve all the perks they have. Many people work hard and could never afford a mansion and pool and of course the Cadillac pictured in the ad.  Many of the people buying this Cadillac know that their wealth depends as much on luck and who they know as on their hard work.  But the ad allows them to thumb their noses at the less fortunate.
