Gender Equality is #5 United Nations sustainable development goal. One of the biggest problems, in todays workplace is "equal pay". Women only get 77 cents of a dollar of what men earn, even though they are doing the same job. Even if a woman performs better than her male colleague(s), men still manage to get paid more than women. Overall, females are not being given the rights they deserve, and they are not being acknowledged for what they do. Women make sacrifices everyday and do not get the acknowledgement they deserve. Help fix a dent in equality by signing this petition.
