There are many parts of LGBTQ+ who are descriminate because of their Gender, They can't apply to work that they want because of their gender.It's not just discrimination that LGBTQ people experience, there are many more, also body shame, Harassment, Violence at Work and  bullying. Lgbt Harassment is Unequal treatment for them. However, Lot of Descrimination that they experienced is just like example of Wearing Dress, using comfort room (CR),Their religious Belief, Denying Goods and services, Unequal pay. There are many impact of discrimination in the lgbt community such as their education, Physical and mental health,Lost productivity, Economic Security, Unemployment, Treatment in Public and Social settings And housing Status.Discrimination and bullying are often experienced at school, so some children choose not to go to school to avoid being bullied. This results in low grades, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.There are several ways to prevent Discrimination; Respect cultural and racial differences in the workplace,By treating people belonging to all religions equally,By giving equal respect to the people. Others should respect your opinions and views, but you have to respect their opinions and views as well. Be Respectful and Be Conscious.If you are a victim of discrimination or harassment (or see it happening) in a public place like a shop, restaurant, pub, cinema or nightclub then report it to the management. If they don’t act, report it to the Police. Support anti discrimination and harassment organisations. Create an anti-discrimination policy for your Workplace.
