Mr. Tang is leaving.

Studies show that at least 4 in 17 students did more homework when Mr. Tang was the teacher. He is an excellent educator, with highly refined pedagogy. Unlike the previous semester, we felt more inclined to attend class and were more eager to learn. He approached each lesson with great enthusiasm and stimulated an efficient learning environment where the students were comfortable with asking questions and creating discussions regarding the work. 

We found that many teachers struggled with teaching online whilst engaging with the students as well as successfully teaching the necessary content. Mr. Tang not only taught our class successfully, however, he also relieved the many anxieties that we know many students felt when joining online classes. Consequently, creating a great desire to learn, progress, and overall better ourselves as students. 

Mr. Tang is an exceptional teacher who only had a positive impact on all students he taught, it would be a shame for our school's maths faculty to lose a teacher of his capability and more importantly a teacher who genuinely cares about his students learning and well-being.
