Gen Bajwa has unconstitutionally interfered and played an active role in the removal of the democratically elected Govt of Prime Minister Imran. He has no moral, ethical or legal authority to continue to work as the Chief of the Army Staff.
This person has lost the trust and confidence of 220 million Pakistanis including Pakistan Army. He has single handedly brought the Pakistan military into disrepute; therefore, he is no longer fit for the Army Chief role.
