This is a message to the management of GEICO who are insistent on forcing employees to Return To Office when it is completely unnecessary and presents health risks as well.

**Every employee who signs this petition will NOT be participating in RTO. We will continue to do our jobs to our same ability, but those jobs will continue to be done from home like they have been for almost two years.**

Thousands of your associates have made it clear they would like the option to work from home permanently. Since you have pretended not to hear us, we are now demanding it.

The parameter you have put forth with requiring absolutely absurd performance in metrics to "earn" WFH is despicable. It should be a workplace benefit, allowed 5 days per week unless you are overall under a 3 and require in-office support to regain proficiency. WFH should not be yet another carrot on a stick you dangle to try to squeeze more performance out of associates who are already underpaid and overworked.

This is our collective attempt to get GEICO to see reason without having to sacrifice their staff, their customer experience, and their bottom line.
