OA was more active than HS ever was, Absorbing OA into HS didnt make HS more active because OA had a more laid back approach to law enforcement and that approach worked and made it a great community within the GDI And within RP we were the most active MPs, HS isnt active in RP and the event managers can agree with me when i say that OA was better at enforcing laws What needs to happen is that OA needs to Be reinstated so that law and order can be restored within RP once more
