Hello GCV Resident,

Please sign this petition if you would like to view all the receipts related to the Dam expenses. In September 2020, the certified letter below was sent to the GCV board requesting to view all the receipts related to the Dam. The HOA board has ignored this request. As a resident you have paid for a Dam assessment since 2018 that ended up costing a lot less then what was expected. As a resident, according to our bylaws you have a right to view these receipts. Sign this petition and demand that the HOA board allow you as a resident to view all Dam related expenses receipts. Thank you!

Hello Greene Countrie Village HOA,

I have contacted Patricia Difabio several times requesting to see all expenses related to the Dam. About a month ago she said was getting them out of storage and I have not received a response regarding viewing the receipts .  I would like to request any and all documents that relate to expenses associated with the Dam. According to our HOA documents "(3) Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all funds and securities of the Association, shall deposit or cause to be deposited all such funds in such depositories as the Council may direct, shall keep or cause to be kept correct and complete accounts and records of all financial transactions of the Association and the Council and shall submit or cause to be submitted to the Council and the Association such reports thereof as the law, the Declaration, the Council, or these Regulations may from time to time require. Such records shall include, without limitation, chronological listings of all receipts and expenditures on account of the Common Elements and each Unit, the amount of each assessment for Common Expenses and expenses assessable to individual Units, if any, and the amounts paid and the amounts due on such assessments. Such records shall specify and itemize the maintenance, repair and replacement expenses relating to the Common Elements and any other expenses incurred by the Association. The foregoing financial records shall be kept at the Association's office and shall - 18 - be available there for inspection by Unit Owners or prospective Unit Owners during normal business hours. The Treasurer shall also perform such duties and have such other powers as are ordinarily attributable to the treasurer of a corporation domiciled in Pennsylvania."

As a homeowner, I have a right to view these financial records. I would also request that we are sent notification prior to any board meeting that may occur as it is a right that residents be present at these meetings. Please advise when these documents will be made available in accordance with HOA documents of the association.
