Jermaine needs to be freed! The police forced witnesses to lie on the stand to protect themselves. They also have never investigated the real shooter who many people have come forward to identify. The families of Ernesto and Jermain needs to see justice!

I have been in the legal field for over 20 years and I got into it to help people who could not help themselves. Our justice system is severely broken and when I heard his case of the unjust and unsolved podcast, I thought signing this petition would help!! It would be a horrible injustice if Jermaine stays in prison one more minute for a crime he did not commit! He can be free helping others and mentoring them!! My thoughts and prayers are with you in hopes you are freed soon!!

It was proven decades ago that a polygraph test in fact can't tell if an individual is actually lying or actually telling the truth

I am a true crime enthusiast! I am a parent! I am a survivor! I am a widow! I am a woman! I feel this man is innocent! I feel he has more than learned his lesson for the bad choices he’s made in life ! Jermaines life is still worth just as much as mine ! Give this man a chance to prove not only is he innocent but that he’s not the same selfish child who made stupid choices and allow him to prove himself !!
