Pradipe Yoggi started this petition to Governor Gavin Newsom

The United States was founded on freedom of speech and freedom of religion and various other freedoms as enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

While education is not a guaranteed right, the United States being an egalitarian union has sought to ensure access to education for all, regardless of their national origin, citizenship status or race. Many states, including the great state of California, have also sought to ensure access to education for children of undocumented immigrants.

We yet, find ourselves in a situation where vaccination is being pushed as mandatory, revoking all rights, including medical exemptions except as decided by an arbitrary official. This results in children who are natural born citizens that may have immune or hereditary reactions to certain vaccines having to be vaccinated at risk of physical harm or injury, including possibly disability or death failing which they are to be kept out of their school or institution.

Here is data compiled from the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) database:

7,713 cases of deaths after vaccination with 49.53% of those deaths being children under 3 years of age and 56% of deaths being children under 17, making for a 6.47% of those deaths being amongst school going children.

16,391 cases of disability after vaccination with 19.14% of those disabled being children under 3 years of age and 35.47% of disabilities being children under 17, making for 16.33% of those disabled being amongst school going children.

12,269 cases of having Life threatening reactions from vaccinations with 32.55% of those disabled being children under 3 years of age and 48.24% of Life threatening reactions being for children under 17, making for 15.69% of those having a life threatening reaction being amongst school going children.

194,048 cases of ER visits after vaccination with 25.08% of those being children under 3 years of age and 47.47% of ER visits after vaccination being for children under 17, making for 22.39% of those having a life threatening reaction being amongst school going children.

68,826 cases of hospitalizations after vaccination with 38.86% of those being children under 3 years of age and 54.51% of hospitalizations being for children under 17, making for 15.65% of those having hospitalizations being amongst school going children.

90,381 cases have had a serious event after vaccination with 36.4% of those being children under 3 years of age and 51.54% of those being children under 17, making for 15.14% of those being school going children.

These may seem like small numbers, but when a parent loses a child, it is not an easily recoverable incident emotionally or mentally. It is one thing for a child to die due to a disease, but an entirely another thing for a child to die or be disabled or hospitalized with serious complications due a state mandated vaccination law. In any decision of public interest, the risks need to be weighed carefully against the benefits.

Given that vaccines work, why are we obsessed with vaccinating the unvaccinated? The vaccinated should be protected per science and it is only the unvaccinated that is likely to get the disease. Given the majority has vaccinated the health of the majority is assured per science. Why force a practice on people when there are known risks to the practice?

The state won't bear the cost of a lost life or a disabled life and the individual should? For what benefit? The state of California is opening itself up to lawsuits from state mandated actions that can result in harm and loss. This is unnecessary. The greater harm though is the denial of education for children should they be not vaccinated. The choice of being educated or potentially disabled or harmed or dead so as to obtain an education is a bad one.

The rights of individuals should not be eroded in a country that lays out right to the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness.

We ask our state to move toward the direction of health by ensuring good nutrition through education in the science of nutrition and wellness rather than through medication and injection of foreign substances of various kinds, beyond just the disease agents, that have proven to be harmful to a percentage of humans.
