Police Brutality has always been a huge problem in America and it's only getting worse. Many injuries and deaths were caused because of the unnecessary force that police officers use on people. A lot of cases seem to be a certain groups of people are being targeted and killed for the smallest reasons.

We want to change that but we want to start with Sacramento, California officers first. We want to make a policy were police officers are retrained to learn a better ways to handle certain situations so less unnecessary deaths happen.

We would like the policer officers to have longer training on people behavior so they can communicate better and not have situation escalate. The police officers need to learn instead of yelling and pointing a gun at a person for moving their hands to get their phone, doing unnecessary searches, piling on top of an unarmed person and more, there needs to be a calmer way to do this without killing so many people.

The police officers need to be retrained for longer to use the right amount of force, to use their weapons properly, to learn peoples behaviors and treat everyone equally despite their racial and ethnic background. Officers need to be held accountable for their action as well. We hope to start this change with Sacramento police officers first and then eventually make this change for all the police officers in the United States. Please sign this petition to hopefully help us get this policy proposal to become a real and needed change, Thank you.
