Rent prices have gone up to an extreme in the Los Angeles area. People are earning the minimum wage and cannot afford to pay such high prices. Many people have become homeless due to this issue. We need rent prices to go lower if the minimum wage will not go up. Companies keep building new properties that again are not affordable for most people who are working the minimum wage. There needs to be a law that matches rent prices with what people earn from their minimum wage. Please sign this petition and let's make change happen. We cannot keep having homeless people due to not being able to pay rent and not getting any form of help. We need to have people have enough to pay their rent and have money for their other necessities such as paying bills and food. Thank you!
