Earlier this week, Laotian American blog Little Laos on the Prairie featured Kao’s story in part one of an interview with his aunt Naichann, where she tells of their struggle to resettle in America after family members supported the US military during the Secret War in Laos.

I am signing as an Caucasian-Asian American who has deeply embraced the community for their influence in T.V satire, and local Buddhist Temples right in the center of Oakland, Ca. along with influences in SoCAL. I read National Geographic's enthusiasm about Shamanism, and sharing the World renowned information of Migration. Knowing that the Temples are Shaolins of great faith in Shamanism is remarkable. Taoist beliefs are also embodied in the Culture.
He was two years old when he left that country. You can't logically consider him a citizen there. This man is a United States citizen who served his time and protected the lives of his fellow Americans in the meanwhile. Deporting him would be a travesty and yet another failure of our government. Let the man go back to his family.
