Jake Paul, a social media personality/youtube star, is notoriously known for his antics, stunts, and disregard for the safety of those around him.  Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, he has been hosting large social gatherings (most notably the party hosted on July 11th) in which party goers are not wearing masks despite Covid-19 prevention guidelines.  Such actions are contributing to California's consistent rise in cases and the state becoming the epicenter of Covid-19. This not only endangers high-risk individuals that may not survive if they contract this virus, but also our healthcare workers that are overwhelmed by the rise of patients in hospitals. We are asking that the appropriate legal actions take place to condemn Jake Paul for abusing his platform in order to harm the safety of others given how contagious and deadly this virus is.
