We appreciate the hard work laid last year down by Shirley Weber and the men and women fighting hard for equality and justice in the state of California.

We want AB-392 “The Police Use or Force Bill” Amended.

We want a definitive description of the word necessary in the police use of force Bill.

This way it can’t be determined AFTER an incident of police brutality that the use of force was not necessary. 

This petition is to inform our Governor and everyone in Sacramento that we will NOT be returning to business as usual
