UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL

All Assam Law Students Association is continuously trying to make the demands of the students reach the administration of Gauhati University. Amidst the hue and cry of the pandemic, the University seems still to be adamant to play with the lives of the students. The recent press release and notification states the conductionof classes for a new semester while final examinations of 2 former semesters are still pending. The University has become deaf and dumb in regard to the demands and welfare of the students.
But, we cannot sit silently and bear this unfairness. We will keep trying till the last. We are making a petition which needs to be signed by the maximum number of the students of GU. Since, public protest will be wrong at these times so this online petition after being signed by maximum students will be sent to the Administration and the newly formed Government.
We request all the Students Union body of the affiliated colleges, the elected and nominated Students Union of Gauhati University and affiliated colleges to take the lead and help the students out in these tough times. Also, other Student Organisations should also forward their help. It's time to unitedly take a stand for the sake of the students career.
