Hi everyone, with recent criminal activity in and around the Gleeson Calverly view estate we are wanting every resident to sign this petition for a gated community. This will lower crime, lower house & car insurance and potentially raise house prices. This will likely be a key fob/ key pad entry so would not be monitored by security. With the expectation that Gleeson pay for the gate and installation.
