Albion Park Netball Club has been apart of the community for 30 years. Their home ground is McDonald Park.
We would like to have asphalt courts as they are Grass courts at the moment. We are looking at 6 Netball courts and 1 Basketball Court.
Grass courts are great for under 10s but we have players from 4 years old to 50 years old, Grass courts are very unsafe for our players as they slip and slide.
We need to see who will be interested in using the courts and show the council there I so much interest in having asphalt Netball and basketball courts.
Why a Basketball Court? Because you will have people hanging off the Netball hoops as there is no free Basketball court around.
