The Olympics has included skateboarding and BMX riding for the first time! However, it has come to my attention that Orpington does not have gnarly skatepark!

My brother and I have developed a passion for skateboarding (especially now we have athletes like Sky Brown influencing us!) but we have to travel out of the borough to access parks with decent bowls and ramps. 
The skate parks local to us (Tubbenden / Biggin Hill) are not suitable for all abilities and are quite run down.

We believe that Goddington Park, or the green next to Harris Primary in Orpington would be the perfect location for a new skatepark. 

Please can you sign our petition to MP Gareth Bacon to find funds for this amazing idea. Who knows, a kid from Orpington could be winning gold at the next Olympics!
