Please sign this petition to encourage the Gannawarra Shire Council to review their by-laws and impose a Cat Curfew between sunset and sunrise.
We all have a responsibility to care for our pets but it’s also a privilege and should be treated as such. All pets should be well care for – provided shelter, food and protection from harm (this includes keeping your pets on your property).
While cats are highly valued pets, serious problems can occur if they are allowed to roam outdoors between dusk and dawn. Keeping cats inside will prevent them from breeding, fighting, being injured and killing wildlife.
