Dear Games Workshop and the Warhammer 40k rules team,

With the October 9th change to a number of factions rules, it's clear you the Warhammer 40,000 rules team is aware of the currently "meta" and rules issues in there game.

The Necron community is very overwhelmed and happy with these changes to our faction, and they come close to making our book keep up with the latest faction spikes. However we do see a issue in our army wide rule of "command protocols". Other factions such AdMec receive these army wide buffs at a small point per unit (PPU) increase (data tethers), while Drukari receive power from pain at no cost. (Well at the cost of pain).

This petition is aimed at changing the command protocols of our army from an [aura] based tool, to an army wide benefit. Either for free, a pre game stratagem, or a small PPU cost. We do believe that free or stratagem based is the best for balance, as our units already come with a high points cost. This change to command protocols will allow us to match the status quo of other armies, create depth in list building, make the protocols relevant (a lot of players skip these all together), and give us a small, but additional competitive/matched play edge.

Allow us to reclaim the galaxy one again without babysitting our subjects.
