Update 8/9/2013: V1.1:

Recently, GamersFirst held a huge event in their largest gaming title, All Points Bulletin.

The event was a competition aimed at players, urging them to complete as many games possible versus other players. A large number of the community participated, and a lot of players who had quit the game returned specifically for this event.

GamersFirst then proceeded to deceive the community and failed to deliver the promised rewards, blaming this on their "exploit checks" and "counting mechanisms".

The event was mainly a "grinding" event, where players were required to invest long hours within one week as to receive the rewards. Some players invested over 100 hours within a single week, and then received no rewards whatsoever due to failing exploit checks from GamersFirst’s end. The event also had tiers, and most players who completed a number of missions which entitle them to the rewards of a higher tier ended up receiving the rewards of a lower tier.

GamersFirst had exploited its player community by subjecting them to long hours of grinding, ultimately taking advantage of the spike in player activity both on steam and with internal metrics.

The community at large is discontent and have decided to form a petition against the actions of GamersFirst.
