February 16, 2020 our four year old niece ( at the time ) was left with our sister ( biological aunt ) by the child's mother to care for the child. A family decision was made to call CPS thinking we were protecting our niece to provide a stable home for our niece, which ended up back firing on us! CPS then took it upon themselves to place our niece into the care of a man who had already admitted under oath that he committed perjury or fraud by knowingly signing a paternity of acknowledgement when he knew he wasn't the father, this man hasn't been in her life since she was six months old. There was an injustice done by the judicial system to our niece. CPS removed her from her aunts care & placed with so called father only for him to then give her to his sister because his fiancée ( openly admitted ) that she wanted nothing to do with our niece! Our niece was placed with people who were complete strangers to her, when there was plenty of blood relatives grandpa, great grandma, aunts, uncles & cousins who were willing to take her but once did CPS or courts reach out. We have video evidence where a judge stated that our niece was wrongfully removed without the courts permission & deemed that the so called fathers paternity of acknowledgement was voided but yet the situation was never corrected. We are seeking Justice For Aubree!!

We want her home with family who loves & misses her so much!
We have attempted to reach out for visitation or even phone calls to no avail.
The family has now made contact with the police to be given the run around when the family knows she was wrongfully taken from us this case needs to be looked at an the whereabouts of our niece need to be addressed. Please we need this petition to be signed so we can get the help needed to bring our niece home.. JUSTICE FOR AUBREE
