As Condominium owners, we share ownership of the  "common area" on the lot we live upon.  Ownership is stated in our deed  as undivided fee interest as a tenant in common in and to the Common Area of the Condominium Lot in which the Unit is located. California recognizes our ownership as one of the most common ways titled property is held is as tenants in common.  The Gallery at River Ridge is not acknowledging our ownership rights and our member rights. Your support will save our rights. We must retain our right to these landscape requests, these are our yards and our rights are being taken away to have any say over our landscape.
