There has been a situation recently that has left many of us students enrolled in the Legal Research II course in high stress. Our first assignment has been received, and yet, many of us feel unprepared. Not all of us have had the opportunity of being taught on the proper use of paper sources (the print form of Canadian Abridgments)- how to locate the required print nor how to use the index and/or information found in the index. Many of us have reasonable questions about the assignment with no professor to address.

If you feel as though one or both of these situations apply to you (or some other related reason), please take the time to add your name to this petition. In doing so, you are requesting for a fair chance; you are requesting for a bit of extra time to get questions answered and put forth your best work.
