Because ALL children with special needs must be funded accordingly.

Clubfoot indeed is a disability. Let's include it on the list of possible disabilities.

It's a stupid argument by NDIS

These children have a physical disability and should be entitled to funding. NDIS is becoming a cruel hoax it is so restrictive and limited, obviously because of Federal government funding shortfalls. Let’s cutback on other government waste and pork barreling and fund these children and all people with disabilities properly.

How crazy! These children need support and should be considered a disability! I’d love to see what would happen if a politician had a child with this condition!

Anything to assist kids in Australia is worthwhile. They are our future.

This decision should be reconsidered. Early intervention means everything in these cases, and the NDIS is a disastrous mine-field for people to navigate, and retaining the old funding system for this condition makes so much more sense.

My daughter has a club foot and the correction process is hard enough as it is without the added financial stress. If parents couldn’t afford the expensive boots and bar to ensure the correction lasts then these kids would be left unnecessarily disabled and therefore the long term costs to society would be a lot more and these kids wouldn’t be able to play as kids should. There is no need for our club foot kids to be disabled with such a short sighted decision such as this.
