Hello, as we are all reeling from what happened in Afghanistan and the chaotic exit from the country, I was disheartened to see what was happening in that country. Foreign powers had been trying to stabilize Afghanistan and bring peace to that country for around 20 years before the Taliban abruptly swept across the country and won the war in a dramatic and unexpected conclusion. As the rest of the world looks forward at other issues and tries to move on a small but largely unsupported resistance to the Taliban has formed in the Panjshir Valley and province of Afghanistan which strives to drive out the Taliban and recreate a democratic government focused on human rights. Despite the fact that the longer the Taliban holds power and assists other groups such as Al Qaeda and ISIS to fund and support further terrorist activities no western support has gone toward stopping human rights abuses and potential atrocities from occurring as a result of Taliban rule. The goals of this petition are as follows:

• We want the United States Federal Government to send funds and training to The National Resistance Front Of Afghanistan in the Panjshir Province of Afghanistan.
• We do NOT want foreign soldiers including United States servicemen and women to return to Afghanistan.
• We want journalists and news agencies to oversee the National Resistance Front and it’s efforts to ensure the public is aware of their progress and to ensure the safety of the Afghanistan population.
