We, the adjunct professors who also work as tutors at the City Colleges of Chicago, deserve the full Wellness Stipends paid to adjuncts and tutors for the extra time and work our jobs required during the COVID pandemic of 2020-2021.  We only received a stipend as tutors, which is 60% LESS than the adjunct professors received.  Our work as professors required an enormous amount of time to transition our courses to a fully online format.  We did both jobs, fully.  We are paid for both jobs on a regular basis.  We deserve our full stipend, for both jobs.
